Cancellation Policy
We value your custom and ask you respect our business scheduling policies as it operates on a scheduled appointment basis. When cancelling an appointment, we require all clients to provide more than 24 hours notice to the scheduled time. Otherwise, we will charge clients for the full session.
We will provide a one-time cancellation fee waiver, where clients can cancel a session in less than 24 hours, at no additional charge.
Exceptional circumstances can be discussed on an individual basis and at the discretion of Coastal Calm Reflexology.
